WEDNESDAY, DEC. 17TH
CCMS would like to thank those who came out to speak with Peter Vallone at his district office in Astoria, Queens. We were 22 strong upon entering his office. Unfortunately, Councilman Vallone was not present, however we did state our case and speak with his Legislative Director, Jonathan Chung for over 30 minutes. Due to this conversation we were told today (Thursday) that Vallone & Gerson are willing to take out the confiscation of our motorcycles for the first offense - this is a start but not in any means what we want to see changed.

THURSDAY, DEC. 18TH
CCMS would like to thank everyone who attended today's call to action. We made our presence known with 50-60 motorcyclists in attendance. CCMS thanks each and every person who came, we would especially like to acknowledge Mean Boys MC out of New Jersey who also came to City Hall with us. CCMS extends a heart felt thank you to Councilman Comrie (Queens) who assisted us in every way possible to make our day productive and successful. We advocated our cause to any council member who came within 3 feet of our troops. Some where unaware of the specifics of the bill, some immediately threw their support behind us and others we are going to continue to target to guarantee this bill never has enough votes for passage. Once again we wish to remind our community that although it may appear we have won battles, the war wages on. We heard rumors in City Hall that the City Council may vote on the bill on January 7th, although that seems doubtful.
