he conference is an event with seminars and discussions on issues dealing with not only the female motorcyclist but females in general. If there is a lady who rides out there, a lady interested in riding or one that just likes motorcycles then fbec is the perfect conference for you. Or if you would like to help further the cause of Female Biker Empowerment (whether you're male or female) join the Female Biker Empowerment Association help us to get the word out, that women can ride right along side the men.
