HOT BIKERS

The streets are hot.... The bikers even hotter

I myself as well as my club show support within the city and out of the city. I ask myself that question all the time , why is it that some clubs receive a lot of love from all over and doesn't give the same love in return. Do we give love to those who only show love? or do we support no matter what? Maybe if we give them a challenge, which I've seen happened and it actually worked lol

I thought about this many of times. I use to ride Sportbikes,Had many of them. went thru the stuntin phase, the track days, whateva it had to do wit a sportbike....i did it! as i got older, and many of trips to the Hospital, and my kids, I switched over to the HARLEY WORLD! But still even though now Im on a Hog, I still go to Sportbike Club functions and Support them. I have found that after many of years on the biker scene, that Biken is not for everyone! I c alot of people wearing colors jus to get n2 the parties and functions. They use Colors as Ghetto Passes! they dont no about given back to the city, hood, creed, whateva! You want a Challenge? Show me ur LOYALTY to ur club. And show me when its time to Rep ur Colors, city, hood. or Whateva u stand for.....Get N Whur Ya Fit N!!
You hit the nail dead on the head with this… Me myself I have both sport bikes and my Big Boy scooter. Not to mention our club has all kinds of bikes, and we attend everyone’s functions (as much as time and life will let us) But there are those that don’t seem to do anything for the club its about status and trying to out do him type attitude. With us out here it is the newer younger people. (I feel real comfortable calling that out) The fact that a lot of the younger none experienced individuals in the club world/environment don’t understand or have an appreciation for what it took and or takes to get those cuts (colors) So they don’t understand that its not for your personal use its to be proud of being a piece of a family in a greater whole. The process of receiving your colors or starting a new club and becoming a recognized and affirmed club on set has changed. You now have people who have never been involved with the club environment decide I don’t like the rules and or the way other clubs are operated. Hence they don’t like the Chain of Command, Rules, Ways of Conduct so they with out taking the time for do diligent and learning why such things exist they go out and start there own over night. I recently attended a meeting of over 46 clubs in our area and at that meeting there were only 2 of the newer clubs that attended. At this meeting was addressed the whole process and the fact that clubs come and go but structured clubs stay. Becoming a part of a club is a life choice among a lot of other life choices, so if you take the time to do things correctly you will find that showing support at events is a way to show unity not only amongst your Club but to the community it self.
But it is upon the veterans to teach the younger clubs and individuals why you show support. Not just point the fingers and place blam You will get what you give in the long run.
Most clubs who don't return the love feel that they don't need to. They feel that they are big and well known enough that they don't have to show the love to clubs. Regardless of if they go or not, those clubs know that clubs will still come to their functions. Everyone just wants to party. I know of a couple of clubs where we have spent our hard earned money to go 4-5 hrs to their function EVERY YEAR and I still have not seen one of their patches at a Full Throttle function. We stop supporting them. Of course it doesn't make a difference to them because even as we stop going to their parties...there are 3 new clubs popping up to take our "body" place. its all about the money. No unity at all anymore.

I don't know what needs to be done. hopefully the old skool clubs will be able to teach these newbies the whole reasoning behind the set, comradere, support and all that good stuff that I think every club has in their by-laws but don't uphold. LOL.

Having a patch and supporting each other is not in the language of the new generation. Its all about just having a patch to either get in a party for $5.00 cheaper or to just to say your in a club. Maybe more people should treat this like fraternities and sororities. But.... these are grown folks! you would think they know better....Guess not
As to what you said is true, there are a lot of clubs popping up all the time. There lies the problem because a lot of these new clubs have not even follow protocol on forming and naming a new club on set. They don’t even go thru the proper channels to establish there club. Well if they show no respect in regards to that, what makes anyone think they would give a dam about proper behavior on the set. That is the big problem you get a lot of young new Gen. just getting patches made and calling them selves a MC. They have no Idea just what that means, and or what it takes to get there. Sorry to say but there is the root of the problem and until maybe that is addressed then we will have the no mutual respect and or consideration. It’s a Me ME ME and I don’t care what anyone says about us Generation!!! So I may get some flak on saying these things but if I don’t then it would not be the truth. There are rules that have existed on all set’s and they have been there for a reason and need to be followed. If not then it will lead to miss understanding and conflicts.
im originally from chicago, and the clubs there for the most part didnt do much together. now down here in florida they support each other. they just dnt support outside the state for the most part.
Sometimes it's the city you are in. Cincinnati has a poor support system, where Dayton Oh has a rich support system and is 50 miles away. It's the city. Plus these new clubs I call the them the biker boy clubs have no idea of the history of MC's and have no basis to exist. All they know is the guy on the movie said that it takes 3 to be official and they have run with it. We don't recognize most of these fly-by-nights and they hate it.
