This has been going on from day one. There is no one fix. Sometimes it can be niped in the bud, sometimes you have to deal with it according to what your working with; club mentality, size, and strengths. Sometimes you can sit down head up and work it out. Leagal chanels are long and time consuming, but is the best way for your situation. Sometimes it just takes a good ass old beat down, to get the understanding and resolution you need.
National Blast is not a punishment, but a good place to inform people and get you side out. Band from bike community is not likely nationaly, and harder and more work on you than it is on them, and could cause more problems than its worth, with people not understanding, not effected, not aggreeing with you, and or are friends of the opposition.
the very same thing happened to my club not even a year ago, and the ladies that i kicked out started their own mc club but had no bikes...lol!!! but went on to say my club had been shut down and no longer existed. well after about 5 or 6 times of hearing the mess , i got tired and started blasting the truth about these sisters...lol, the same people that were coming back telling me stuff i just told them i didnt wanna hear anymore from some chicks that don't ride nothing but 4 wheels, but to sum it all up no, u cant stop the haters from talking, but u can shut they azz down when u put them 2's on the street!!! believe that!!!...1 luv, venus.
You know I hear this time and time again, how club members, our brothers and sisters do each other wrong; sad but true. That is why today I stand along yet love you all. Drama is everywhere, but that is no reason to hate. I have been in two clubs and I kick it with both of them now and they welcome me with open arms.

Why did I leave, well that is between them and me. I will never put their business in the streets because I have too much respect for them and myself to bad mouth these clubs.

To date I have been on the set for 14 years.. I have experienced both the positive and the negative; I have been like the fly on the wall, I have seen a lot and in that time and this is what I've learned.

Most clubs forget:
1.They have rules and by laws so follow them.

2. The rules should reflect or address today's problems.
Yes, you will have to update the by laws and rules from time to time,
maybe add a contract of member expectations, how to deal with thieves, or add a defamation of character clause.

3. Remember prospecting is a learning process and not cheap labor.
I understand testing their loyalty but remember, this is a pass and fail process
Why make someone a member if they didn't follow rules or upset other members.
It's about quality not quantity

Lastly, not matter how much fun you have this is a business and your success depends on how you run it. Moreover, your club's purpose should be your reputation and not due to the amount of the drama.

REMEMBER THIS

No matter how many clubs there are out there, civilians can't tell us apart. I
f you look bad I look bad. So, let's change our thinking. WE ARE ONE, ACT LIKE IT

If you have a problem with a person you and the person should work it out, like family, yell, cruse, get it out of your system, agree to disagree then let that shit die.
If you don't you will slowly continue to kill our BIKE CLUBS.

I had a incident where I had to let my Secretary go and it was not a hard decision to make. We had an event to raise money to help raise awareness to child abuse. We had a raffle and all Chapter Officers and Members were excluded to enter. She entered the drawing without anyone knowing by having a friend purchase the ticket for her. When the drawing came she came out and claimed the prize. At that moment I guess I was in shock from her even having the winning ticket and cause it was being broadcast over the event we let it ride till after the event. I called her and told her effective immediately she was removed as Secretary and banished from the Chapter. She didn't get angry but could not understand why she was being kicked out. Her claim was she was not an Officer that day but the employee of the store throwing the event. I came back with when you signed on with the Guardians of the Children , you are an Officer at all GOC events no matter what and you knew all Officers and Members were excluded from thr raffle. People need to know and learn once you take on being an Officer of a Club or Chapter and you wear the Colors you are always a Officer or Member and should carry yourself in that way. Some people take very lightly sometimes the Colors they wear, but they need to know you represent that Club/Chapter whenever you wear the Colors. Even when not wearing the Colors you should still carry yourself in a way not to disrespect yourself or the Colors you wear.
