- Very Complicated, guess I expect too much from people, live by three simple rules, which I feel I aint done too bad by. Theres an old saying, time always puts people in their place, and that is true. People in the beginning of a friendship always seem so different, and then as time goes by, their true colours show, who they are, what they are about.
Its sad, really sad, that people are in your life when they need YOU, but when they dont, you become a distant memory, forgetting the past.
I guess human faults are always the same, some people managed to get past that, and realise their own values and what they want out of life and what they want out of any relationship, as there are so many different kinds of relationships.
I believe honesty and pride are some of the greater human features, not everybody can be honest, hiding behind someone or something. Understand people is a gift, accepting the bad and the good in someone, because at the end of the day, no one is perfect. Perfections are only seen from one persons eyes, everybody has different standards and ideas, which is why perfection is only a word, and not reality. People hold different opinions of themselves, and how they see themselves as a person, but are ready to judge others too quickly, and never really taking the time to understand the actions of another ... everyone does things for different reasons, whether seen good or bad by others, its different personalities. Me for one I have so many faults, and am glad and proud to admit it, wish I could do things differently, but if I did that then it wouldnt be me. Being able to realise my own faults, I do accept the faults of others, I think its really a lost cause looking for the perfection in another, because that in itself is an eternal wait.
Holding on to something that never existed is a path to frustration, and the ideal situation is really to wake up and see the actual reality of things rather than what you really want to see, when you achieve that, its only then you are able to move on. Moving on is progression rather than regression, why stay in situations or relations that depend entirely on yourself, they are at the end of the day only one sided, who needs them, they only bring more frustrations and self doubt.
You know when you have a major clear out at home, throw all the old things out that you no longer need, and it feels so good, clearer spaces, and more room, cos you had that much junk there was no more room for anything new, well I guess thats what we call life too, clearing out your head, of all the things that only matter to you and no one else, who needs that, clearing out your head, means having the clarity to move on.
I am a believer in Karma. Many a time I wonder why people have so much go wrong for them and no one is there to catch them because on the surface them seem so nice, that must have happened to everyone at some stage in their life, and then bit by bit you see the real them, cos even though you tried to hard to be there for them when they had their problems, you worried about them and were generally letting them know you really cared and was there for them, and then you yourself find yourself in the shit and bad times, and they aint even interested, thats the wake up call..... thats time to have a major clear out and realise, they are out for themselves and no one else, and thats the real reason why you were there for them when it appeared no one else was, as they say once bitten twice shy. Time in the end puts people in their place... they show their true person, today, people hide behind a computer screen because they have not got the balls to say what they really think, and be honest, how sad is that .....
