They say a man is measured by his patience and
his willinness to endure,
I came to you innocent, and with a heart
that was warm and pure

I found love, and what i thought out of life
i needed the most,
through this life with newfound love
i thought i could coast

The love that i found, i thought was so
precious to me,
was me loving you with all my heart, and you
being just a tease

Well my patience ran thin as you had the nerve to
say "it is what it is"
hoping to find what i was giving, has me saying
"what the fuck is this"

A love that was one sided and with so much hurt
it was tainted,
Im so angry inside, cause all these years went by,
