depends on the time set forth by the admin : in some cases 90day to 1yr gives you an idea how much the person is willing to be part of the organiztion and to see what there intentions are with the said organization usualy you can tell by the end of 1st season . i also feel if you realy want to proove your self then the person will deal with probie period just like graduation for a degree just my oppion nyce tpoic!
