A Prayer For 2011's Bike Season
Lord God...
I pray for a prosperous bike season for 2011. Lord, that we enjoy the camaraderie of our brothers, sisters, and elders on 2. That we build on those relationships, both new and old. Allow your peace to guide us.
I Pray for safety. Lord that every rider knows his/her limit and with vigor, strives to improve. God, when we are on the highways, twisties, and long tours, help us to be smart and humble enough that in given situations, we know what to do and what not to do. Please, have your angels watch over us.
I pray for unity, Lord that all bikers ... in the black bike community and family work towards peace and harmony, boldly and carefully guarding against separation and division amongst our ranks. God help us to see the strength and power we have being one.
I pray for our families. Lord that as we roll out in the day or venture into the night or travel on extended trips that they, our loved ones, are at peace.. Knowing we will ride responsible, respectably, and do our part to come back to them safely. God, that the families of our fallen riders are not forgotton, that we continue to show our love and support. Lord, that the memories of those dear friends that have passed on are seared in our hearts and would inspire us to make 2011 great.
God, regardless of who we are or how long we've been riding or what we ride.. We need you. Bless this year. In Jesus Christ name... Amen!!!
