dealing with renegade members

I always believed and said " I rather be 5 strong than 20 weak". Some clubs believe the more the stronger but in all reality in my opinion, if you have 5 strong then you have the loyalty, respect and family you need. You have some renegades that run within the club as well as outside of the club and 1 reason is that some clubs look for quantity instead of quality.

First I would approach their President regarding the issue and if that doesn't work then I would take it directly to the National President.

I feel that if a member was stripped of their colors and try to join another club, their past President should be approached and let known that they are trying to join. Get information on why was the member stripped before you take them in as a prospect.

This is no disrespect to anyone its just my personal opinion on this issue

All of this drama that you guys are mentioning here are the main reasons I have for not joining a club at all. I believe in riding for the ride of it. If my friends want to ride with me, then lets roll.. if not, I'll roll alone. I can fit in with any club, but I don't dig all the rules and regulations that go into just "belonging".
